We knew we wanted a Realtor who was extremely active and familiar with the area to sell my 100 year old aunt's home, but we didn't live in the Fresno area. After checking several websites and comparing the number of sales of the top agents, reading their reviews, I asked family and friends who lived in the area if they knew any agents they could refer me to and contacted a few of the most active ones. Selling a home as a Trustee and without living in the area can be more difficult, but Parminder made it easy. Parminder was quick to respond, and offered to place a lockbox on the vacant house for the keys with no obligation to contract with him. When I did contract with Parminder, he kept me updated, with the good and the bad as it was happening and always had suggestions for our next steps. After we made an effort to clear out some of the clutter, his designer team was able to stage the home using the existing furniture and some of the left over decor, which helped keep the staging costs low. It wasn't model home furniture, but it helped open up the spaces and gave the potential buyers an idea of how their furniture might fit in. My aunt's house wasn't on the market long when we had our first offer, but when that offer fell out of escrow, Parminder helped us quickly get it back on the market the same day and we soon had other offers. We were able to close escrow in just 2 weeks! Parminder and his Singh Team are knowledgeable, professional and a delight to work with. If I ever need a Realtor in the San Joaquin Valley area again, I would definitely use and recommend Parminder Singh of London Properties again! | |||||

He was available for all questions and his strategies with buyers directly contributed to us receiving a prompt offer. He was very professional to handle the buying party's real estate agent that at times created small problems. The paperwork could be intimidating because as sellers we didn't deal with these things on a regular basis. The office staff prepared all paperwork professionally and responded promptly to get things signed and confirmed.... all of this with the restrictions of the pandemic to deal with.
